Advice on Christmas and New Year Operating hours

In Vitro Technologies' Customer Support & Distribution Centre will be closed over the Christmas/New Year holiday period.

To minimise impact to supply, please expedite your orders to us at infonz@invitro.co.nz
no later than 1.00pm on Friday, 19th December 2025.

As delivery guidelines after this date cannot be guaranteed, please note for cold chain or frozen deliveries, orders will not be dispatched after 15th December 2025 and will resume normal dispatch on Monday, 12th January 2026 (unless arranged otherwise).

The last day for dispatch of normal orders will be Tuesday, 23rd of December 2025.

The Technical Service Engineers will be available during this time to assist with any urgent/critical technical support issues via 0800 488 778

Friday, 26th December 2025 - TS support on call basis only
Saturday, 27th December 2025 - TS support on call basis only
Sunday, 28th December 2025 - TS support on call basis only

Tuesday, 30th December 2025 - TS support on call basis only
Wednesday, 31st December 2025 - TS support on call basis only
Thursday, 1st January 2026 - TS support on call basis only
Friday, 2nd January 2026 - TS support on call basis only
Saturday, 3rd January 2026 - TS support on call basis only
Sunday, 4th January 2026 - TS support on call basis only

Normal operations will resume Monday, 12th January 2026.
